About Vrot

We build software that does the work.

Vrot is an AI business-worker platform. You connect the software your business already runs on, describe a job in plain English, and Vrot carries it out through integrations you control.

What Vrot is

A worker, not another dashboard.

Most business software gives you somewhere to record work. Vrot is built to perform it.

You connect the applications you already use — email, accounting, your CRM, the spreadsheet everything ends up in. Then you describe a piece of recurring work the way you would explain it to a new colleague: what starts it, what to check, what to do, and when to stop and ask.

From there Vrot does the job through the same integrations you connected, one action at a time, with a record of each one. Nothing is guessed at, and nothing runs against an application you did not connect.

Why it exists

Every business runs on repetitive digital work.

Copying the same details between two systems. Chasing the same follow-up. Rebuilding the same report on the same day of the month. It is quiet and constant, and it consumes hours that were meant for something else.

Most tools describe what to do.

Vrot is built to carry it out.

That is the whole reason the product exists. Not a better place to write the process down — something that follows the process through to the end and tells you what happened.

How it is built

Three decisions, kept in three different places.

An action in Vrot is never a single judgement call. It is three separate ones, and they are deliberately not made by the same layer.

  1. 01

    The application

    Decides what needs doing.

You describe a job in plain English. Vrot works out which steps that job actually requires, and in what order.

  2. 02

    The integration

Decides how that application performs it.

Every connected app has its own plugin with a defined set of capabilities. The plugin — not the worker — knows how that app is spoken to.

  3. 03

    The platform

Decides whether the action is permitted.

Scope, approval policy and verification sit outside the worker. An action runs when it is allowed to, and waits for a person when it is not.

Structured integrations first

Each connection is a plugin built against that application’s official API, with a defined set of capabilities. That is what keeps a worker’s actions scoped, repeatable and possible to audit afterwards.

Browser automation as a fallback

Some work lives in applications with no suitable API. For those specific supported cases Vrot can drive a browser — as a fallback for a known gap, never as the way the product normally works.

Where we draw the line

What Vrot will not do.

A product that acts on your systems is only worth having if its limits are as clear as its abilities. These three are not negotiable.

No unlimited access

A worker reaches the applications you connected, using only the capabilities you allowed. There is no blanket key to your systems, and nothing you have not connected is in reach.

No unverifiable claims

We do not publish customer counts, logos, certifications or benchmark numbers we cannot stand behind. If a claim is not on this site, it is because we would not be able to prove it.

No advertising an integration before it ships

The integration directory lists what the Windows application supports today. Work in progress is not listed, not counted and not promised as a date.

Where it runs

Vrot is a Windows desktop application.

You download it, install it and sign in inside the app. Accounts, connections and the record of everything a worker did live in the application — this website only explains it.
